CIRCULAR
ISSUING REGULATIONS ON PETROLEUM LIQUEFIED GAS DISTRIBUTION AGENCIES
Pursuant to Decree No. 7861/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 27, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;
Pursuant to the Commercial Law promulgated on June 14, 2005;
Pursuant to Decree No. 107/2009/NĐ-CP dated November 26, 2009, promulgated by the Government on the business of liquefied petroleum gas;
The Ministry of Industry and Trade hereby issues the Regulations on Petroleum Liquefied Gas Distribution Agencies as follows:
Article 1. These Regulations on Petroleum Liquefied Gas Distribution Agencies are issued together with this Circular.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from May 10, 2010.
Article 3. Relevant units under the Ministry of Industry and Trade; Departments of Industry and Trade of provinces and centrally governed cities; related organizations and individuals; and petroleum liquefied gas traders shall be responsible for implementing this Circular. In case of difficulties or obstacles during implementation, relevant units and petroleum liquefied gas traders are requested to promptly report to the Ministry of Industry and Trade for guidance and supplementation.
