 CIRCULAR

Repeals Directive No. 04/2003/CT-NHNN dated June 18, 2003 on strengthening internal control and internal audit work at the State Bank of Vietnam

    On the basis of the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam 1997; the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on the State Bank 2003;
    On the basis of Decree No. 96/2008/NĐ-CP dated August 26, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the State Bank of Vietnam;
    The State Bank of Vietnam hereby promulgates as follows:

Article 1. Repeals Directive No. 04/2003/CT-NHNN dated June 18, 2003 on strengthening internal control and internal audit work at the State Bank of Vietnam.

Article 2.

1. This Circular shall take effect 45 days from the date of signature.

2. The Director of the Office, Heads of the Internal Audit Department of the State Bank of Vietnam, Heads of units under the State Bank of Vietnam, Governors of State Bank of Vietnam branches in provinces and centrally governed cities shall be responsible for implementing this Circular.
