AMENDING AND ADDING PROVISIONS TO ARTICLE 10 OF THE REGULATION ON ELECTRICITY ACTIVITY INSPECTION AND USE, RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES IN POWER PURCHASE CONTRACTS ISSUED UNDER DECISION NO. 31/2006/QĐ-BCN DATED SEPTEMBER 6, 2006

CăDECREE No. 189/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 27, 2007 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade; ANDBASED ON RESOLUTION No. 59/NQ-CP dated December 17, 2010 on simplifying administrative procedures within the scope of management functions of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE AMENDS AND ADDS PROVISIONS TO ARTICLE 10 OF THE REGULATION ON ELECTRICITY ACTIVITY INSPECTION AND USE, RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES IN POWER PURCHASE CONTRACTS ISSUED UNDER DECISION No. 31/2006/QĐ-BCN DATED SEPTEMBER 6, 2006 OF THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. AMENDMENTS AND ADDITIONS TO ARTICLE 10 OF THE REGULATION ON ELECTRICITY ACTIVITY INSPECTION AND USE, RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES IN POWER PURCHASE CONTRACTS ISSUED UNDER DECISION No. 31/2006/QĐ-BCN DATED SEPTEMBER 6, 2006 AS FOLLOWS: 1. AMENDMENTS AND ADDITIONS TO POINT C AND POINT D OF CLAUSE 1 OF ARTICLE 10 ARE AS FOLLOWS: “c) THE APPLICATION FOR THE ISSUE OF AN INITIAL INSPECTOR CARD INCLUDES (ONE SET): - A REQUEST LETTER FOR THE ISSUE OF AN INSPECTOR CARD; - LEGALLY VALID COPIES OF PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATES AND DECISIONS ON INCREASED PAY GRADE;
- A CERTIFICATE OF SATISFACTORY PERFORMANCE IN ELECTRICITY INSPECTION EXAMINATION; - TWO PHOTOS MEASURING 2 X 3 CM;
- A WORK HISTORY FORM WITH CONFIRMATION FROM THE UNIT.
d) APPLICATION FOR THE ISSUE OF AN INSPECTOR CARD WHEN THE CURRENT CARD HAS EXPIRED INCLUDES (ONE SET):
- A REQUEST LETTER FOR THE ISSUE OF AN INSPECTOR CARD;
- A CERTIFICATE OF SATISFACTORY PERFORMANCE IN ELECTRICITY INSPECTION EXAMINATION;
- TWO PHOTOS MEASURING 2 X 3 CM.”
2. AMENDMENTS AND ADDITIONS TO POINT B OF CLAUSE 2 OF ARTICLE 10 ARE AS FOLLOWS:
“b) APPLICATION FOR THE ISSUE OF A REPLACEMENT INSPECTOR CARD INCLUDES (ONE SET):
- A REQUEST LETTER FOR THE ISSUE OF A REPLACEMENT INSPECTOR CARD;
- TWO PHOTOS MEASURING 2 X 3 CM;
- AN OFFICIAL LETTER REQUESTING THE ISSUE OF A REPLACEMENT CARD;
- THE CURRENT INSPECTOR CARD IN CASE IT IS DAMAGED.”
ARTICLE 2. EFFECTIVE DATE
1. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM MAY 15, 2011.
2. THE DIRECTOR OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, HEADS OF DEPARTMENT UNDER THE MINISTRY AND OTHER ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS CONCERNED ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR./.
“b) The dossier for requesting a replacement power inspection card includes (01 set):
- A request form for issuing a replacement power inspection card;
- 02 photographs measuring 2 X 3 cm;
- An official letter requesting the issuance of a replacement card;
- The Power Inspector Card in cases where it is damaged.”
Article 2. Effective Date
1. This Circular takes effect from May 15, 2011.
2. The Director of the Ministry’s Office, Heads of units under the Ministry and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
