ISSUING NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS ON BUILDING MATERIAL PRODUCTS AND GOODS

THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION
Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;
Pursuant to Decree No. 17/2008/NĐ-CP dated February 4, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Science, Technology and Environment Department,
c) Enterprises may be granted permission for no more than one block out of the total three dual-frequency blocks (FDD) B
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR ARE THE NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS ON BUILDING MATERIAL PRODUCTS AND GOODS, CODE QCVN 16:2011/BXD.
Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM OCTOBER 15, 2011.
Article 3. THE MINISTER, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT MINISTRIES AND AGENCIES AT THE MINISTRY LEVEL, CHAIRS OF PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES AND CITY PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, AND RELEVANT ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF THIS CIRCULAR./.
