Pursuant to the Vocational Training Law dated November 29, 2006;

Pursuant to Decree No. 186/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor - War Invalids and Social Affairs;

Pursuant to Decree No. 70/2009/NĐ-CP dated August 21, 2009 of the Government stipulating the responsibilities for state management of vocational training;

Pursuant to Decision No. 38/2009/QĐ-TTg dated March 9, 2009, issued by the Prime Minister to promulgate the List of Education and Training in the National Education System;

At the proposal of relevant ministries, branches, and the General Department of Vocational Training;

The Minister of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs issues this Circular supplementing the List of Occupations to the Table of Occupational Training Programs for Intermediate Vocational Level and Higher Vocational College Level issued together with Circular No. 17/2010/TT-BLDTBXH dated June 4, 2010 of the Minister of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs,

Article 1. Supplementing the List of Occupations to the Table of Occupational Training Programs for Intermediate Vocational Level and Higher Vocational College Level issued together with Circular No. 17/2010/TT-BLDTBXH dated June 4, 2010 of the Minister of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs (with attached annexes),

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from July 1, 2012.

Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government-attached agencies, political-social organizations, People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, the General Department of Vocational Training, vocational colleges, intermediate vocational schools, universities, colleges, intermediate specialized colleges that have registered to conduct vocational training at the intermediate vocational level and higher vocational college level, and related units shall be responsible for implementing this Circular./.
