CIRCULAR
Issuing National Technical Regulations onregarding the design requirements for gasoline retail outlets

Pursuant to Decree No. 95/2012/NĐ-CP dated November 12, 2012, of the Government, detailing the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;
Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Based on Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2008 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions
At the request of the Director of the Department of Science and Technology, the Minister of Industry and Trade promulgates the National Technical Regulation on Design Requirements for Gasoline Retail Outlets.
Article 1. The National Technical Regulation on Design Requirements for Gasoline Retail Outlets, attached to this Circular, shall be issued. Code: QCVN 01 : 2013/BCT.
Article 2. Effective Date
This Circular takes effect from August 1, 2013.
Article 3. Responsibility for Implementation
1. The Department of Science and Technology shall be responsible for organizing the implementation of this Circular throughout the country.
2. Departments of Industry and Trade of provinces and centrally governed cities shall be responsible for guiding, inspecting the implementation of this Circular within their respective jurisdictions and reporting on the implementation of this Circular to the Ministry of Industry and Trade as prescribed.
3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Inspectorate, the Directors of Departments, General Directors, Directors of Bureaus under the Ministry, Directors of Departments of Industry and Trade of provinces and centrally governed cities, and Heads of agencies, organizations, and individuals concerned shall be responsible for enforcing this Circular.
