CIRCULAR

Amending and supplementing Appendix 4 promulgated together with Circular No. 26/2013/TT-BNNPTNT dated May 22, 2013 on aquatic seed management

BASED ON THE DECREE NO. 199/2013/NĐ-CP OF NOVEMBER 26, 2013 OF THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING FOR THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT;

Pursuant to the Fisheries Law 2003;

BASED ON THE LAW ON PRODUCT QUALITY 2007;

Based on the Livestock Breed Ordinance 2004;

Based on the Veterinary Ordinance 2004;

Pursuant to Decree No. 59/2005/NĐ-CP dated May 4, 2005 of the Government on conditions for production and business in some aquatic industries; Decree No. 14/2009/NĐ-CP dated February 13, 2009 of the Government amending and supplementing some articles of Decree No. 59/2005/NĐ-CP dated May 4, 2005 of the Government on conditions for production and business in some aquatic industries;

At the proposal of the Director General of the Fisheries General Department;

The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development issues this Circular amending and supplementing Appendix 4 promulgated together with Circular No. 26/2013/TT-BNNPTNT dated May 22, 2013 on aquatic seed management.

Article 1. Amending and supplementing Appendix 4 promulgated together with Circular No. 26/2013/TT-BNNPTNT dated May 22, 2013 on aquatic seed management.

The provisions regarding the usage period of whiteleg shrimp at Point 1 Clause 2 of Appendix 4 are amended and supplemented as follows: "Usage shall not exceed four months from the date of importation to the facility."

Article 2. Implementation clause

This Circular takes effect from May 14, 2014.

Article 3. Implementation Organization

In the course of implementation, if there are difficulties or new issues arise, they should be promptly reported to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (Fisheries General Department) for consideration and amendment./.
