The Minister of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs issues this Circular amending and supplementing Article 1 of Circular No. 18/2015/TT-BLDTBXH dated June 16, 2015 of the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs on the issuance of the List of minimum vocational training equipment for intermediate vocational level and higher vocational level for the following trades: Stone carving; Underground mine exploitation technology; Underground mine electromechanical technology; Railway locomotive driving; Railway signaling; Railway train operation; Metal forging; Iron smelting; Steel smelting; Metal rolling and drawing technology; Ship painting technology. Supplementing Clauses 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42 of Article 1 as follows: "23. The trade "Agricultural and Forestry Extension" at intermediate vocational level and higher vocational level is specified in Appendix 12; 24. The trade "High-tech Vegetable and Flower Technology" at intermediate vocational level and higher vocational level is specified in Appendix 13;This Circular applies to state management agencies, organizations, and individuals related to the determination, announcement, and maintenance of the minimum flow on rivers, streams, and lower reaches of reservoirs.25. 38. The trade "Beverage Mixing Technology" at the intermediate vocational level and college vocational level is specified in Appendix 27;
39. The trade "Retail Sales Operations" at the intermediate vocational level and college vocational level is specified in Appendix 28;
40. The trade "Urban Forestry" at the intermediate vocational level and college vocational level is specified in Appendix 29;
41. The trade "Aquatic Disease Prevention and Treatment" at the intermediate vocational level and college vocational level is specified in Appendix 30;
42. The trade "Aquatic Refrigeration and Electrical Engineering" at the intermediate vocational level and college vocational level is specified in Appendix 31.
1. This Circular takes effect from August 30, 2016.

Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, political-social organizations, provincial People's Committees, municipal People's Committees under the central government, the General Department of Vocational Training, intermediate vocational schools, college vocational schools teaching these trades, and related units shall be responsible for implementing this Circular.
42. The profession "Mechanical Refrigeration for Fisheries" at the intermediate vocational level and college vocational level is specified in Appendix 31.

Article 2.

1. This Circular takes effect from August 30, 2016.

2. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, political-social organizations, provincial People's Committees under central cities, the General Department of Vocational Training, intermediate vocational schools, college vocational schools teaching the above professions, and related units shall be responsible for implementing this Circular.

In the course of implementation, if there are any difficulties, they are requested to promptly report to the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs for study and resolution./.
