DECREE
OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
NO. 11 DATED FEBRUARY 2, 1947
THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the resolution of the Council of Ministers dated May 14, 1945 establishing the Ministry of Agriculture;
In accordance with the proposal of the Minister of Interior and the Minister of Agriculture;
After the Council of Ministers has agreed,
ISSUES THE DECREE:
Article 1
All Land Administration Departments (personnel, premises, materials, documents, equipment) throughout the country are now merged into the Ministry of Agriculture.
Article 2
The organization of land administration departments shall be determined by a decree issued by the Minister of Agriculture.
Article 3
The Ministers of Interior, Agriculture, and Finance shall implement this decree.
