JOINT CIRCULAR No. 11-VGNN-GD/TT ON THE LIST OF PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION DETERMINES PRICES

CIRCULAR

JOINT MINISTRY DECREE OF THE NATIONAL PRICING COMMISSION AND THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION NUMBER 11-VGNN-GD/TT DATED MAY 3, 1985 REGULATING THE LIST OF PRODUCTS
FOR WHICH THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION SHALL DETERMINE PRICES
According to the Government Decree No. 33-HĐBT dated February 27, 1984 on the regulations for price management, the joint ministries now regulate the list of products for which the Ministry of Education shall determine prices as follows:

1- Determining wholesale prices for enterprises, industrial wholesale prices, and wholesale material prices... for those products produced and consumed internally within the industry by units under the Ministry. In cases where these products are sold directly to consumers, the Ministry of Education shall consult with the National Pricing Commission before determining the prices. If they are sold externally, the Ministry must consult with the ordering party before determining the prices. These products include:

2- Based on the trade discount for materials and industry-wide commercial practices established by the Council of Ministers, the trade discount for specific products within the industry shall be determined.

During production and business operations, if new products arise or changes in pricing authority are required, the joint ministries will continue to supplement accordingly.

2- On the basis of the trade discount for materials and industry-wide commercial products approved by the Council of Ministers, decide on the trade discount for specific materials and commercial products within the industry.

During the production and business process, if new products arise or it is necessary to change the inter-ministerial price decision authority, such changes will continue to be supplemented.
