DECREE
Regarding the supplementation of the management position salary coefficient and
leadership position allowance for enterprises issued together with Decree No. 26/CP dated May 23, 1993
THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
At the proposal of the Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs and the Minister of Finance,
DECREE:
Article 1. Supplement to Category I of the Management Position Salary Table and Leadership Position Allowance Table for Enterprises issued together with Decree No. 26/CP dated May 23, 1993 of the Government temporarily regulating the new wage system in enterprises, the management position salary coefficients and leadership position allowances for enterprises shall be as follows:
1- Management position salary coefficient:
Director: 6.34 - 6.72
Deputy Director and Chief Accountant: 5.72 - 6.03.
2- Leadership position allowance coefficient:
Department Head and equivalent positions: 0.5
Deputy Department Head and equivalent positions: 0.4
Article 2. The provisions of Article 1 of this Decree shall apply to those holding management and leadership positions in State-owned Enterprise Groups established pursuant to Decision No. 90/TTg dated March 7, 1994 of the Prime Minister on continuing the restructuring of state-owned enterprises, which do not meet the special category conditions stipulated in Decision No. 185/TTg dated March 28, 1996 of the Prime Minister.
Article 3. The Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs and the Minister of Finance shall be responsible for guiding the implementation of this Decree.
Article 4. This Decree shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature.
Article 5. The Minister, Heads of Ministries equivalent to Ministries, Heads of Government Agencies, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities are responsible for implementing this Decree./.
