THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to Article 9, Article 10, and Article 11 of the Law on Election of People's Council Deputies (amended) dated June 21, 1994;
At the request of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ninh Thuan Province and the Minister - Head of the Organization-Cadres Department of the Government,
DECREE:
Article 1. Approves the number of 45 (forty-five) provincial People's Council representatives, 17 (seventeen) electoral units, and the number of representatives elected in each electoral unit for the Ninh Thuan Provincial People's Council (attached list).
