The Tan Tru Integrated Services Joint Stock Company becomes a member enterprise of
Vietnam Tobacco Corporation
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Based on the State Enterprise Law dated April 20, 1995;
Pursuant to Decree No. 50/CP dated August 28, 1996 of the Government on the establishment, restructuring, dissolution, and bankruptcy of state-owned enterprises;
This Circular attaches technical inspection procedures for hand cranes used to raise and lower ammunition in the Ministry of National Defense. Within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the dossier as mentioned in Sub-clause b, Clause 1, Article 3 above, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will review and submit to the competent authority for decision (Issues exceeding the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' jurisdiction will be referred to the Prime Minister for consideration and decision).People's Committee of An Giang Province, Within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the dossier as mentioned in Sub-clause b, Clause 1, Article 3 above, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will review and submit to the competent authority for decision (Issues exceeding the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' jurisdiction will be referred to the Prime Minister for consideration and decision).People's Committee of Long An Province, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vietnam Tobacco Corporation;
DECISION:
Article 1. Transfer the An Giang Tobacco Factory (under the People's Committee of An Giang Province) and the Tan Tru Comprehensive Production, Business, and Service Company (under the People's Committee of Long An Province) to become independent accounting member enterprises under the Vietnam Tobacco Corporation.
Article 2. Entrust the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Vietnam Tobacco Corporation to take the lead and coordinate with the People's Committee of An Giang Province and the People's Committee of Long An Province to implement the handover and acceptance of the An Giang Tobacco Factory and the Tan Tru Comprehensive Production, Business, and Service Company in accordance with current state regulations.
Article 3. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.
The Minister of Industry, the Minister of Finance, the Minister of Planning and Investment, the Head of the Civil Service Organization and Cadre Department of the Government, the Chairmen of the People's Committees of An Giang Province and Long An Province, and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Vietnam Tobacco Corporation are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
