Regarding the amendment of Clause 1 of Article 1 of Decision No. 85/2004/QĐ-BCN dated September 1, 2004 of the Minister of Industry on the transfer of the Steel Structure Manufacturing Plant Da Nang to the Steel Structure Manufacturing Joint Stock Company Da Nang

THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Pursuant to Decree No. 55/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 28, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to Decree No. 64/2002/NĐ-CP dated June 19, 2002 of the Government on the conversion of state-owned enterprises into joint-stock companies;
Considering the proposal of Electricity Construction Corporation 3 (Letter No. 02702 CV/XLĐ3-TCNS&ĐT dated October 11, 2004);
At the proposal of the Enterprise Reform and Development Board and the Director of the Personnel and Organization Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Amend Clause 1 of Article 1 of Decision No. 85/2004/QĐ-BCN dated September 1, 2004 of the Minister of Industry on the transfer of the Steel Structure Manufacturing Plant Da Nang to the Steel Structure Manufacturing Joint Stock Company Da Nang as follows:
"1. Registered capital structure:
The registered capital of the Joint Stock Company is 7,500,000,000 VND (Seven billion five hundred million VND). Of which:
- State share: 51.54%;
- Share sold to employees of the Plant: 42.06%;
- Share sold outside the Plant: 6.40%.
The value of one share: 100,000 Vietnamese dong."
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, the Heads of Departments, Directors of Bureaus under the Ministry, the General Director of Electricity Construction Corporation 3, the Director of the Steel Structure Manufacturing Plant Da Nang, the Board of Directors and the General Director of the Steel Structure Manufacturing Joint Stock Company Da Nang are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
