PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Resolution No. 36-NQ/TW dated March 26, 2004 of the Politburo on work related to overseas Vietnamese;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Foreign Affairs,
DECISION:
Article 1. Issued herewith is the Government's Action Program to implement Resolution No. 36-NQ/TW dated March 26, 2004 of the Politburo on work related to overseas Vietnamese
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government agencies, Chairpersons of provincial and centrally governed city People's Committees shall be responsible for implementing this Decision. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs shall be responsible for monitoring and periodically reporting to the Prime Minister on the implementation of this Program./.
