Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008, of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
WHEREAS, the Veterinary Law 2004;
WHEREAS, Decree No. 33/2005/NĐ-CP dated March 15, 2005 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Veterinary Law;
ON THE PROPOSAL OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF VETERINARY MEDICINE, 3. The name of Clause 3 of Article 22 is amended and supplemented as follows:
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED HERETO IS THE LIST OF ANIMALS AND AQUATIC ANIMAL PRODUCTS SUBJECT TO QUARANTINE.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PUBLICATION IN THE STATE GAZETTE.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF VETERINARY MEDICINE, THE DIRECTORS OF PROVINCE AND CITY DEPARTMENTS OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT, THE HEADS OF ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS RELATED THERETO ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF THIS DECISION./.
