NUMBER 110/SL ISSUED ON SEPTEMBER 6, 1952
OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
PURSUANT TO DECREE NO. 254-SL DATED NOVEMBER 19, 1948 ON THE ORGANIZATION OF LOCAL POPULAR GOVERNMENTS DURING THE RESISTANCE WAR;
PURSUANT TO DECREE NO. 150-SL DATED DECEMBER 31, 1949 ON THE POWERS AND DUTIES OF THE MINISTRY OF INTERIOR;
AT THE PROPOSAL OF THE MINISTER OF INTERIOR, APPROVED BY THE COUNCIL OF MINISTERS;
ISSUES THE DECREE:
Article 1- APPROVES THE RESIGNATION OF DOCTOR NGUYEN XUAN NGUYEN FROM HIS POSITION AS A MEMBER OF THE DISCIPLINARY COMMISSION OF THE THREE ZONES TO TAKE UP ANOTHER ASSIGNMENT.
Article 2- THE MINISTER OF INTERIOR SHALL ENFORCE THIS DECREE.
