ISSUING THE TEMPLATE FOR THE BID EVALUATION REPORT ON PROCUREMENT CONTRACTS FOR GOODS AND CONSTRUCTION WORK

MINISTER OF PLANNING AND INVESTMENT
CWHEREAS Law on Bidding No. 61/2005/QH11 dated NOVEMBER 29, 2005;
BASED ON Article 54 and Clause 4 of Article 63 of Decree No. 111/2006/NĐ-CP dated SEPTEMBER 29, 2006 of the Government guiding the implementation of the Law on Bidding and the selection of contractors for construction works under the Construction Law;
BASED ON Decree No. 61/2003/NĐ-CP dated JUNE 6, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, and powers of the Ministry of Planning and Investment;
PURSUANT TO the proposal of the Director of the Department of Bidding Management.
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHING HERETO WITH THIS DECISION IS THE "TEMPLATE FOR THE BID EVALUATION REPORT ON PROCUREMENT CONTRACTS FOR GOODS AND CONSTRUCTION WORK".
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE.
Article 3. ALL MINISTRIES, GOVERNMENT-LEVEL AGENCIES, OTHER CENTRAL LEVEL ORGANIZATIONS, PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES AT ALL LEVELS, AND RELEVANT ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
