THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 199/2013/NĐ-CP dated November 26, 2013 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Based on the results of reviewing regulatory legal documents governing agricultural inputs in comparison with the provisions of the Law on Product Quality, the Law on Technical Standards and Regulations, the Fisheries Law, the Animal Breeding Ordinance, the Plant Breeding Ordinance, and the Veterinary Ordinance;
At the proposal of the Director of the Legal Department and the heads of units under the Ministry,
DECISION:
Article 1. Attached hereto is the "Plan to Amend, Supplement, and Promulgate New Regulatory Legal Documents in Accordance with the Provisions of the Law on Product Quality, the Law on Technical Standards and Regulations, and Related Specialized Laws within the Purview of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development."
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance.
Article 3. The Minister of the Office of the Ministry, the Directors of the Legal Department, the Finance Department, the Science, Technology and Environment Department, the General Director of the Forestry General Department, the Fisheries General Department, the Heads of the Livestock Breeding Bureau, the Veterinary Bureau, the Crop Production Bureau, the Plant Protection Bureau, the Agricultural and Forest Products Processing and Salt Industry Bureau, the Quality Management Bureau of Agricultural and Forest Products and Fisheries, and the heads of relevant units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
