Regarding the establishment of Tay Son Town under Huong Son District and the incorporation of Cam Tien Commune

THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Tinh Province and the Minister, Head of the Civil Service Organization Department of the Government,
DECREE:
Article 1. Now, establish Tay Son Town under Huong Son District and incorporate Cam Tien Commune into Tay Xuyen Town as follows:
1. Establish Tay Son Town under Huong Son District based on 201 hectares of natural area and 5,348 population of Son Tay Commune; 219 hectares of natural area and 511 population of Son Kim Commune.
Tay Son Town has 420 hectares of natural area and 5,859 population. The administrative boundary of Tay Son Town: East and North border Son Tay Commune; West and South border Son Kim Commune.
After the adjustment of administrative boundaries:
Son Tay Commune has 13,611 hectares of natural area and 6,495 population.
Son Kim Commune has 37,719.98 hectares of natural area and 6,989 population.
2. Incorporate Cam Tien Commune under Tay Xuyen District into Tay Xuyen Town.
Tay Xuyen Town, after adjusting its administrative boundaries, has 660.95 hectares of natural area and 8,494 population.
The administrative boundary of Tay Xuyen Town: East borders Cam Thang Commune; West borders Cam Quan Commune; South borders Cam Hung Commune and Cam Quan Commune; North borders Cam Huy Commune.
Article 2. THIS DECREE SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS DATE OF ISSUANCE. ALL PRIOR PROVISIONS CONTRARY TO THIS DECREE SHALL BE ABROGATED.
Article 3. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Tinh Province and the Minister, Head of the Civil Service Organization Department of the Government are responsible for implementing this Decree.
