OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
CHAIRMAN
GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 254-SL dated November 19, 1949 organizing local people's administration during the resistance period,
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 120-SL dated January 25, 1948 establishing Anti-French Resistance Administrative Committees in Combined Zones,
Pursuant to the resolution of the Supreme National Defense Council,
In accordance with the resolution of the Government Council after consultation with the Standing Committee of the National Assembly,
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE-LAW:
Article 1- Appoints Mr. Le Loc as a member of the Anti-French Resistance Administrative Committee in Combined Zone 4.
Article 2- The Supreme National Defense Council shall implement this Decree-Law pursuant to its provisions./.
