THE MINISTER OF JUSTICE

Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 5, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

Pursuant to Decree No. 16/2001/NĐ-CP dated May 2, 2001 of the Government on the organization and operation of financial leasing companies;

Pursuant to Decree No. 103/1998/NĐ-CP dated December 26, 1998 on management of cooperation with foreign countries in the field of law;

Pursuant to Decree No. 05/2000/NĐ-CP dated March 3, 2000 of the Government on entry and exit procedures for Vietnamese citizens;

Pursuant to Decree No. 17/2001/NĐ-CP dated May 4, 2001 on the issuance of the Regulation on Management and Use of Official Development Assistance;

Pursuant to Decision No. 64/2001/QĐ-TTg dated April 26, 2001 on the issuance of the Regulation on Management and Use of Non-Governmental Foreign Aid;

At the proposal of the Director of the International Cooperation Department and the Director of the Organization and Cadre Department of the Ministry of Justice,

DECISION:

Article 1. The attached Decision issues the Regulation on Foreign Affairs Activities of the Ministry of Justice.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and replaces Decision No. 228/HTQT dated October 4, 1989 of the Minister of Justice on the Regulation on Foreign Affairs Activities of the Ministry of Justice.

Article 3. The Directors of the International Cooperation Department, the Organization and Cadre Department, the Head of the Office of the Ministry, and the Heads of units under the Ministry of Justice are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
