Approving the Decision of the President of the Supreme People's Court
on the staff and organizational structure of the Supreme People's Court

THE STANDING COMMITTEE OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam 1992, amended and supplemented by Resolution No. 51/2001/QH10 dated December 25, 2001 of the 10th National Assembly, 10th session;
Pursuant to the Law on the Organization of the Supreme People's Court;
Considering the proposal of the President of the Supreme People's Court,
RESOLUTION:
Article 1. Approves Decision No. 133/QĐ-TCCB dated January 29, 2007 of the President of the Supreme People's Court regarding the establishment of the International Cooperation Department and the Statistics and Consolidation Department within the staff and organizational structure of the Supreme People's Court.
Article 2. The staffing and organizational structure of the International Cooperation Department and the Statistics and Consolidation Department within the staff and organizational structure of the Supreme People's Court shall be specified by the President of the Supreme People's Court.
Article 3. The President of the Supreme People's Court shall be responsible for implementing this Resolution within the scope of his duties and powers.
