OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE NUMBER 1116/QĐ-BTC
AUGUST 24, 2001 ON THE RELEASE OF 630 TONS OF NATIONAL RESERVE RICE FOR RELIEF IN NINH BINH PROVINCE
THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
- Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers and responsibilities for state management by ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
- Pursuant to Decree No. 178/CP dated October 28, 1994 of the Government on the tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
- Pursuant to Decision No. 1079/QĐ-TTg dated August 21, 2001 of the Prime Minister on the release of 630 tons of national reserve rice for relief in Ninh Binh Province;
- At the proposal of the Director of the State Budget Department and the Director of the National Reserve Agency,
DECIDES:
Article 1: The National Reserve Agency is assigned to release 630 tons of 10% broken rice currently stored in the national reserve warehouse,无偿提供给宁平省山区县以缓解缺粮问题。
The rice will be handed over to the province at the entrance of the national reserve warehouse.
Article 2: The National Reserve Agency shall coordinate with the People's Committee of Ninh Binh Province to promptly release the relief rice.
The costs associated with releasing the aforementioned relief rice shall be handled in accordance with current regulations.
The National Reserve Agency is authorized to reduce national reserve capital according to book value.
Article 3: This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance. The Directors of the State Budget Department, Administrative and Public Services Department, the Director of the National Reserve Agency, and the Head of the Ministry's Office are responsible for implementing this Decision.
