REGARDING THE EXPORT OF NATIONAL RESERVE RICE TO SUPPORT FOOD AID IN HAA GIANG PROVINCE
THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to the Decree No. 118/2008/NĐ-CP dated November 27, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Pursuant to Decision No. 697/QD-TTg dated May 18, 2010 of the Prime Minister on the export of national reserve rice to support food aid for Ha Giang Province;
At the request of the Director General of the State Reserve Administration,
DECISION:
Article 1. The National Reserve General Department shall allocate without charge 1,114 tons of rice from the national reserve to Ha Giang Province to support food aid for the people during the lean period in 2010.
Article 2. The National Reserve General Department shall coordinate with the People's Committee of Ha Giang Province to promptly organize the delivery and receipt of rice at district centers according to the provincial allocation plan; simultaneously, compile the budget estimate for the relief expenses and submit it to the Ministry for approval and implementation.
The National Reserve General Department shall reduce the national reserve capital by the aforementioned amount of rice according to the accounting price currently being tracked in the accounting books and report the settlement of the relief goods in accordance with regulations.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance. The Director of the National Reserve General Department, the Head of the State Budget Department, the Head of the Planning and Finance Department, the Director of the Price Management Department, and the Director of the Ministry's Office are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
