DECISION
Issuing Regulations on the Organization and Activities of the Inspection Agency of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs

MINISTER OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS
Based on the Inspector Law dated June 15, 2004;
Based on Decree No. 21/2003/NĐ-CP dated March 10, 2003 of the Government regarding the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs;
Based on Decree No. 157/2006/NĐ-CP dated December 27, 2006 of the Government regarding the organization and activities of the Diplomatic Inspection;
In accordance with the proposal of the Chief Inspector of the Ministry and the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Organization Department.
DECISION:
Article 1. The attached Decision issues Regulations on the Organization and Activities of the Inspection Agency of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette. It abolishes the Regulation on the Functions, Tasks, Powers, and Organizational Structure of the Inspection Agency of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued together with Decision No. 2788/2004/QĐ-BNG dated December 31, 2004 of the Minister of Foreign Affairs.
Article 3. The Chief Inspector of the Ministry, the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Organization Department, Heads of units under the Ministry, and Heads of Overseas Representative Offices of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
