Pursuant to Article 103 and Article 106 of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in 1992, as amended and supplemented by Resolution No. 51/2001/QH10 dated December 25, 2001 of the tenth session of the tenth National Assembly;
Pursuant to the Law on Vietnamese Citizenship 1998;
Considering the proposal of the Government at the Memorandum No. 115/TTr-CP dated July 7, 2009,
DECISION:
Article 1. Grant Vietnamese citizenship to:
Mr. Jitjumroon Supachai, born on March 10, 1978, in Thailand. His Vietnamese name is: Đinh Hoàng Trai. Currently residing at the Sports Center of Ninh Binh Province, Dong Thanh Ward, Ninh Binh City, Ninh Binh Province.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signing.
The Prime Minister, the Minister of Justice, the Director of the President's Office, and the person named in Article 1 shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
