THE GOVERNMENT
WHEREAS APPROVE THE QUANTITY OF 45 (FORTY-FIVE) TRA VINH PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COUNCIL DEPUTIES, 18 (EIGHTEEN) ELECTION UNITS AND THE NUMBER OF DEPUTIES TO BE ELECTED IN EACH ELECTION UNIT FOR THE TRA VINH PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COUNCIL (ATTACHED LIST).
At the request of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City and the Minister - Head of the Organization-Cadres Department of the Government,
DECREE DECIDE:
Article 1. Approves the number of 85 (eighty-five) representatives of the People's Council of the province, 38 (thirty-eight) electoral units, and the number of representatives elected in each electoral unit for the People's Council of Ho Chi Minh City (attached list).
Article 2. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, the Minister - Head of the Organization-Cadres Department of the Government, and the Minister, Director of the Government Office shall be responsible for implementing this Decree.
