THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 73/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Decision No. 83/2000/QĐ-BNN dated August 8, 2000 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development on the establishment of the Agricultural and Rural Development Magazine;
Considering the proposal of the Editor-in-Chief of the Agricultural and Rural Development Magazine, the Director of the Finance and Accounting Department, the Director of the Science and Technology Quality Product Department, and the Director of the Organization and Cadre Department.
DECISION:
Article 1. Permits the Southern Office - Agricultural and Rural Development Magazine, located at 135 Pasteur Street, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City, to use seals and open separate accounts at the Treasury in accordance with current State regulations.
Article 2. The Chief of the Office, the Director of the Organization and Cadre Department, Heads of relevant agencies and units under the Ministry, and the Editor-in-Chief of the Agricultural and Rural Development Magazine are responsible for implementing this Decision from the date of issuance./.
