DECREE
Regarding the establishment of communes under Lam Ha, Da Huoai, Da Te, Cat Tien districts, Lam Dong province
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Home Affairs and the Chairman of the People's Committee of Lam Dong Province,
THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Now, the administrative boundaries are adjusted to establish communes under Lam Ha, Da Huoai, Da Te, Cat Tien districts, Lam Dong province as follows:
DECREE:
Article 1. 1. Establishing Nam Ha commune under Lam Ha district based on 2,345 hectares of natural area and 4,103 population of Nam Ban town.
Administrative boundary of Nam Ha commune: East borders Nam Ban town; West borders Phi To and Da Don communes; South borders Din Van town and Duc Trong district; North borders Me Linh commune.
After establishing Nam Ha commune, Nam Ban town will have 2,089 hectares of natural area and 10,912 population remaining.
2. Establishing Phuoc Loc commune under Da Huoai district based on 7,766 hectares of natural area and 3,008 population of Ha Lam commune.
Administrative boundary of Phuoc Loc commune: East borders Da Mi commune; West borders Da Ton commune; South borders Ha Lam commune and Ma Da Gui town; North borders Da Teh district.
After establishing Phuoc Loc commune, Ha Lam commune will have 4,414 hectares of natural area and 2,611 population remaining.
3. Establishing Da Pal commune under Da Teh district based on 4,600 hectares of natural area and 2,834 population of Trieu Hai commune.
Administrative boundary of Da Pal commune: East borders Bao Lam and Da Huoai districts; West borders Quang Tri commune; South borders Trieu Hai commune; North borders Quang Tri commune.
After establishing Da Pal commune, Trieu Hai commune will have 3,900 hectares of natural area and 2,956 population remaining.
4. Establishing Dong Nai Thuong commune under Cat Tien district based on 9,395 hectares of natural area and 2,429 population of Tien Hoang commune.
Administrative boundary of Dong Nai Thuong commune: East borders Bao Lam district; West borders Phuoc Cat 2 commune; South borders Tien Hoang commune and Da Teh district; North borders Dak Lak province.
After establishing Dong Nai Thuong commune, Tien Hoang commune will have 5,022.91 hectares of natural area and 2,726 population remaining.
This Decree shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature. All previous regulations contrary to this Decree are hereby abolished.
Article 2. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Lam Dong Province, the Minister of Home Affairs, and the Heads of relevant agencies are responsible for implementing this Decree./.
