THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008, of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Decree No. 23/2006/ND-CP dated March 23, 2006 of the Government on the Implementation of the Law on Protection and Development of Forests;
At the proposal of the Director of the Personnel Department and the Director of the Forest Protection Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Economic and Technical Standards for Forest Transfer, Forest Leasing, and Issuance of Land Use Right Certificates for Forestry Purposes Linked to the Establishment of Forest Management Files are hereby issued together with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. Heads of units under the Ministry, Directors of Provincial Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision.
