Pursuant to Decree No. 120/2016/NĐ-CP dated August 23, 2016 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Fees and Charges;
Pursuant to Decree No. 79/2014/NĐ-CP dated July 31, 2014 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain articles of the Law on Fire Prevention and Combating Fire and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Fire Prevention and Combating Fire;
Pursuant to Decree No. 87/2017/NĐ-CP dated June 26, 2017 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Implementing Resolution No. 75/NQ-CP dated August 9, 2017, of the Government on the regular session of the Government in July 2017;

The Minister of Finance promulgates this Circular amending and supplementing certain provisions of Circular No. 227/2016/TT-BTC dated November 11, 2016 of the Minister of Finance stipulating the rates of collection, procedures for collection, payment, management, and use of fire protection and firefighting equipment inspection fees.
Article 1. Amending and supplementing Part III, IV, V, Point 1 Part VI Section A Inspection Fee Schedule for Fire Protection and Firefighting Equipment issued together with Circular No. 227/2016/TT-BTC dated November 11, 2016 of the Minister of Finance as follows:
