DECISION
OF THE MINISTRY OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS NO. 112/NV DATED MAY 2, 1961 ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE VIETNAMESE YOUTH AND CHILDREN'S COMMITTEE
Article 1. The Vietnamese Youth and Children's Committee is hereby permitted to be established and operate within the scope of existing laws and in accordance with its approved internal regulations.
The Vietnamese Youth and Children's Committee is a mass organization responsible for comprehensively educating youth and children and guiding the youth and children movement nationwide.
The Vietnamese Youth and Children's Committee shall be established from central to district levels.
At At the central, provincial, municipal, and provincial levels, there are Central, Provincial, Municipal, and District Youth and Children's Committees respectively.
At At the commune level, there is a Commune Youth Committee.
Article 2. The Director of the Civil Affairs and War Invalids Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Vietnamese Youth and Children's Committee are responsible for implementing this Decision.
