OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

 

PRESIDENT OF THE VIETNAM DEMOCRATIC REPUBLICIC GOVERNMENT

Pursuant to Decree No. 33 dated March 22, 1946 and Decree No. 71 dated March 22, 1946 organizing and establishing the Rules of the National Army,

Pursuant to the proposal of the Minister of National Defense and the Chief Commander of the National Army,

AFTER CONSULTATION WITH THE GOVERNMENT COUNCIL,

 

ISSUES THE DECREE:

Article 1

The following military personnel shall be conferred the rank of Lieutenant General from January 1, 1948:

Mr. Tran Tu Binh Director of the Cadre Inspection Department

Van Tien Dung Director of the Political Department

Le Hien Mai Political Commissioner of Zone 2

Article 2

The Minister of National Defense and the Chief Commander of the National Army hereby promulgate this decree.
