Article 1: APPOINT PHAN MANH CUONG, HEAD OF THE TAX BRANCH FOR STATE OWNED ECONOMY INDUSTRIES AND CONSTRUCTION TRANSPORT SECTOR, TO THE POSITION OF DEPUTY DIRECTOR OF THE HA BAC PROVINCE TAX DEPARTMENT.
Article 2PHAN MANH CUONG SHALL RECEIVE A LEADERSHIP POSITION ALLOWANCE WITH A COEFFICIENT OF 0.5 AS DEPUTY DIRECTOR.
Article 3THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.
