THE MINISTER OF PLANNING AND INVESTMENT
Pursuant to the Law on Bidding No. 61/2005/QH11 dated November 29, 2005;
Pursuant to Article 67 and Clause 3 of Article 76 of the Government Decree No. 58/2008/NĐ-CP dated May 5, 2008 guiding the implementation of the Law on Bidding and the selection of contractors under the Construction Law;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 61/2003/NĐ-CP dated June 6, 2003 stipulating the functions, tasks, and powers of the Ministry of Planning and Investment.
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Bidding Management,
DECISION:
Article 1. Issued together with this Decision is the "Model Report on Evaluation of Bid Documents for procurement packages for goods and construction works".
Article 2. This Decision takes effect 15 days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and replaces Decision No. 1102/2007/QĐ-BKH dated September 18, 2007 of the Minister of Planning and Investment.
Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, other central agencies, People's Committees at all levels, and organizations and individuals concerned are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
