Pursuant to the Law on the Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001.
At the proposal of the Minister and Head of the Government Office,
DECISION:
Article 1. Establish the Editorial Group for the Project "Strengthening Administrative Reform, Enhancing the Management Effectiveness of the State Machinery" to be presented at the 4th Plenary Session of the Central Committee (Xth Tenure).
The Editorial Group shall consist of the following comrades:
1. Mr. Do Quang Trung, Minister of Home Affairs, Head of the Group;
2. Mr. Duong Manh Giao, Minister and Chairman of the Government Office;
3. Mr. Tran Van Tuan, Deputy Minister of Home Affairs;
4. Mr. Thang Van Phuc, Deputy Minister of Home Affairs;
5. Mr. Hoang The Lien, Deputy Minister of Justice;
6. Mr. Nguyen Minh Manh, Director of the Administrative Reform Department, Government Office;
7. Mr. Dinh Duy Hoa, Director of the Administrative Reform Department, Ministry of Home Affairs;
8. Mr. Nguyen Huu Tu, Director of the General Department, Central Party Office;
9. Mr. Le Minh Thong, Director of the Institute of Organizational Science, Central Party Organization Department;
Article 2. The Editorial Group shall assist the Prime Minister in researching and drafting the Project "Strengthening Administrative Reform, Enhancing the Management Effectiveness of the State Machinery" to be presented at the 4th Plenary Session of the Central Committee (Xth Tenure), and shall dissolve itself upon completion of its tasks.
Article 3. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signature.
The comrades named in Article 1 are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
