Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Acts dated June 3, 2008;
Pursuant to Decree No. 110/2004/ND-CP dated April 8, 2004 of the Government on archival work; Decree No. 09/2010/ND-CP dated February 8, 2010 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 110/2004/ND-CP dated April 8, 2004;
