THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION
Pursuant to Decree No. 17/2008/NĐ-CP dated February 4, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;
Pursuant to Decree No. 99/2007/ND-CP dated June 13, 2007 of the Government on the management of construction project investment costs, and Decree No. 03/2008/ND-CP dated January 7, 2008 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 99/2007/ND-CP;
At the proposal of the Director of the Construction Economy Department and the Director of the Construction Economy Institute.
DECISION:
Article 1. The construction cost estimate norms for repair works attached hereto are hereby promulgated for relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals to refer to and use in the preparation and management of construction project investment costs.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature./.
