DECREE
Regarding the abolition of Decree No. 06/HĐBT dated January 6, 1992
THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Science, Technology and Environment,
DECREE:
Article 1. Abolish Decree No. 06/HĐBT dated January 6, 1992 on the establishment of the National Science and Technology Policy Council.
Article 2. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies under the Government, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities are responsible for implementing this Decree.
Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government agencies, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, members of the National Science and Technology Policy Council are responsible for implementing this Decree./.
