REGARDING THE APPROVAL OF THE NUMBER OF ELECTORAL UNITS, THE LIST OF ELECTORAL UNITS, AND THE NUMBER OF DELEGATES TO BE Elected IN EACH ELECTORAL UNIT FOR THE PROVINICAL PEOPLE'S COUNCIL OF SOC TRANG PROVINCE FOR THE 1999-2004 TERM

AT THE REQUEST OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF SOC TRANG PROVINCE AND THE MINISTER, HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION-CIVIL SERVICE BOARD OF THE GOVERNMENT,
THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to Article 9, Article 10, and Article 11 of the Law on Election of People's Council Deputies (amended) dated June 21, 1994;
At the request of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Lam Dong Province and the Minister - Head of the Organization and Cadres Department of the Government,
DECREE:
Article 1. Approves the number of seventy (70) provincial People's Council members, twenty-four (24) electoral units, and the number of representatives elected in each electoral unit for provincial People's Council members of Lam Dong Province (attached list).
Article 2. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Lam Dong Province, the Minister - Head of the Organization and Cadres Department of the Government, and the Minister, Director of the Government Office shall be responsible for implementing this Decree./.
