Regarding the approval of the Agreement between the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Government of the Republic of TajikistanVietnamon economic and trade cooperationPursuant to the Ordinance on the Conclusion and Implementation of International Treaties of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam dated August 20, 1998;

Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
At the proposal of the Ministry of Trade,
Approve the Agreement between the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan on economic and trade cooperation signed on January 19, 1999.
DECISION:
Article 1. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs shall handle the diplomatic procedures for the approval of the Agreement and notify relevant agencies in our country of the date when the Agreement comes into effect./.
Article 2. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs shall handle external procedures for the approval of the Agreement and notify relevant agencies in the country of the date on which the Agreement comes into effect./.
