BASED ON DECREE NO. 73-CP OF NOVEMBER 1, 1995 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OFB||| Upon consideration of the proposal of the Director of the Ministry’s Office,
BASED ON DECREE NO. 52/1999/NĐ-CP OF JULY 8, 1999 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE REGULATIONS ON INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT AND CONSTRUCTION AND DECREE NO. 12/2000/NĐ-CP OF MAY 5, 2000 AMENDING AND COMPLEMENTING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE REGULATIONS ON INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT AND CONSTRUCTION ISSUED TOGETHER WITH DECREE NO. 52/1999/NĐ-CP;
BASED ON DECREE NO. 88/1999/NĐ-CP OF SEPTEMBER 1, 1999 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE BIDDING REGULATIONS AND DECREE NO. 14/2000/NĐ-CP OF MAY 5, 2000 AMENDING AND COMPLEMENTING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE BIDDING REGULATIONS ISSUED TOGETHER WITH DECREE NO. 88/1999/NĐ-CP;
AT THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE HEAD OF THE INVESTMENT AND CONSTRUCTION DEPARTMENT.
DECISION:
Article 1: The following decisions are hereby issued together with this decision: "TENDER DOCUMENTS FOR CONSTRUCTION WORK APPLICABLE TO SINGLE-STAGE DOMESTIC BIDDING INVESTMENT PROJECTS UNDER THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT".
Article 2: THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.
Article 3: THE DIRECTORS OF THE MINISTRY'S OFFICE, THE HEADS OF DEPARTMENTS, DIRECTORATES, AND ASSOCIATED UNITS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
