DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Regarding the announcement of the list of normative legal documents to be abolished.
THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to the Law on Enacting Legal Normative Documents dated November 12, 1996;
Pursuant to Decree No. 101/CP dated September 23, 1997 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Issuing Legal Normative Documents;
Pursuant to Decision No. 355/TTg dated May 28, 1997 of the Prime Minister on the establishment of the Government Steering Committee for the comprehensive review and systematization of normative legal documents;
Pursuant to Decree No. 178/CP dated October 28, 1994 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Financial Policy; Heads of units under and directly under the Ministry,
DECISION:
Article 1. Announce the List of normative legal documents issued by the Ministry of Finance up to December 31, 1999 that have ceased to be legally effective, comprising 111 documents (Attached list)
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after the date of signature.
Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, agencies under the Government, People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed citiesand units under and directly under the Ministry of Finance shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
