Regarding the establishment of communes under the districts of Cư M'gar, Đắk R'Lấp, Krông Bông, Krông Ana, Ea Kar, Dak Lak province Krông Ana, Ea Kar, Dak Lak province

THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Interior and the Chairman of the People's Committee of Dak Lak province.
DECREE:
Article 1. Now, the administrative boundaries are adjusted to establish communes under the districts of Cư M'gar, Đắk R'Lấp, Krông Bông, Krông Ana, Ea Kar, Dak Lak province as follows:
1. Establishing the commune of Quảng Hiệp under the district of Cư M'gar based on 5,470 hectares of natural area and 10,092 population from the commune of Ea M'Dróh.
Administrative boundary of the commune of Quảng Hiệp: East borders communes Ea H'Ding and Cư M'gar; West borders Buôn Đôn district; South borders commune Ea Mnang and Buôn Đôn district; North borders commune Ea M'Dróh.
After establishing the commune of Quảng Hiệp, commune Ea M'Dróh will remain with 5,810 hectares of natural area and 5,958 population.
2. Establishing the commune of Nhân Đạo under the district of Đắk R'Lấp based on 6,500 hectares of natural area and 4,051 population from the commune of Đạo Nghĩa.
Administrative boundary of the commune of Nhân Đạo: East borders Đắk Nông district and Lâm Đồng province; West borders commune Đạo Nghĩa; South borders commune Đạo Nghĩa and Lâm Đồng province; North borders commune Nhân Cơ.
After establishing the commune of Nhân Đạo, commune Đạo Nghĩa will remain with 10,974 hectares of natural area and 9,021 population.
3. Establishing the commune of Yang Reh under the district of Krông Bông based on 2,939 hectares of natural area and 4,110 population from the commune of Ea Trul.
Administrative boundary of the commune of Yang Reh: East borders commune Ea Trul; West borders Krông Ana district; South borders Lắk district; North borders Krông Ana district.
After establishing the commune of Yang Reh, commune Ea Trul will remain with 2,489 hectares of natural area and 5,400 population.
4. Establishing the commune of Băng A Drênh under the district of Krông Ana based on 4,390 hectares of natural area and 3,459 population from the commune of Dur Kmăl.
Administrative boundary of the commune of Băng A Drênh: East borders commune Hòa Hiệp; West borders Buôn Trấp town; South borders commune Dur Kmăl; North borders communes Hòa Hiệp and Ea Bông.
After establishing the commune of Băng A Drênh, commune Dur Kmăl will remain with 7,166 hectares of natural area and 5,467 population.
5. Dividing the commune of Cư Jiang under the district of Ea Kar into communes Cư Bông and Cư Yang.
Commune Cư Bông has 8,885 hectares of natural area and 4,064 population.
Administrative boundary of the commune of Cư Bông: East borders commune Cư Yang and M'Drắk district; West borders commune Ea Ô; South borders Krông Bông district; North borders commune Cư Yang.
Commune Cư Yang has 5,755 hectares of natural area and 6,643 population.
Administrative boundary of the commune of Cư Jiang: East borders MDrắk district; West borders commune Ea Păn; South borders commune Cư Bông and M'Drắk district; North borders commune Ea Păn and M'Drắk district.
Article 2. This Decree shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature. All previous regulations contrary to this Decree are hereby abolished.
Article 3. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Dak Lak province, the Minister of Interior, and the Heads of related agencies are responsible for implementing this Decree./.
