DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF HOME AFFAIRS
Regarding the amendment of Article 37 of the Statutes of the Vietnam Football Federation
THE MINISTER OF THE MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS
Pursuant to Decree No. 102/SL-L004 dated May 20, 1957 on the right to establish Associations;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 45/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 9, 2003 on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 88/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 30, 2003 on the organization, operation, and management of associations;
Pursuant to Decision No. 100/2005/QĐ-BNV dated September 15, 2005 of the Minister of Home Affairs approving the amended and supplemented Statutes of the Vietnam Football Federation;
Considering the request of the Vietnam Football Federation at Circular No. 825/CV-LĐBĐ dated October 25, 2005 regarding the amendment of the Statutes of the Vietnam Football Federation and the opinion of the Director of the Department of Non-Governmental Organizations,
DECISION:
Article 1. Amending Article 37 of the Statutes of the Vietnam Football Federation, which has been approved by the Minister of Home Affairs pursuant to Decision No. 100/2005/QĐ-BNV dated September 15, 2005, as follows:
Clause 1, Article 37, shall be amended to read: "The Chairman of the Disciplinary Board shall be elected by the Executive Committee from among its members. The number of members of the Disciplinary Board shall be decided by the Standing Committee."
Point b, Clause 3, Article 37, shall be amended to read: "Issuing decisions in all forms except for cases within the jurisdiction of the Executive Committee and the Congress as stipulated in the Statutes."
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. The President of the Vietnam Football Federation and the Director of the Department of Non-Governmental Organizations shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
