Issuing the Action Program of the Government

to implement Resolution No. 39/NQ-TW dated August 16, 2004

of the Politburo on economic and social development and ensuring national defense and security

in the North Central Coast and Central Coast regions until 2010 Pursuant to Resolution No. 39/NQ-TW dated August 16, 2004 of the Politburo;

PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

Issued together with this Decision is the Action Program of the Government to implement Resolution No. 39/NQ-TW dated August 16, 2004 of the Politburo on economic and social development and ensuring national defense and security in the North Central Coast and Central Coast regions until 2010.

At the proposal of the Minister of Planning and Investment,

DECISION:

Article 1. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies under the Government, Chairpersons of People's Committees of the provinces and cities: Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Thua Thien Hue, Da Nang, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Binh Dinh, Phu Yen, Khanh Hoa, Ninh Thuan, Binh Thuan, shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government agencies, Chairpersons of People's Committees of the provinces and cities: Thanh Hoá, Nghệ An, Hà Tĩnh, Quảng Bình, Quảng Trị, Thừa Thiên Huế, Đà Nẵng, Quảng Nam, Quảng Ngãi, Bình Định, Phú Yên, Khánh Hòa, Ninh Thuận, Bình Thuận, shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
