DECREE-LAW
NUMBER: 113 DATE: FEBRUARY 25, 1948
OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 34 dated March 25, 1946 and Decree-Law No. 35/PL dated March 19, 1947 organizing the Ministry of National Defense;
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 47/PL dated May 1, 1947 organizing the General Command;
At the proposal of the Minister of National Defense and the Chief Commander of the National Army;
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE-LAW:
Article 1
The Military Training Bureau shall now be under the General Command.
Article 2
All provisions in previous decree-laws that conflict with this decree-law are hereby repealed.
Article 3
The Minister of National Defense and the Chief Commander of the National Army shall implement this decree-law accordingly.
