NO. 113/SL OF SEPTEMBER 6, 1952
ISSUED BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 23 dated February 21, 1946 organizing the Office of Public Security;
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 7-SL dated January 20, 1950 organizing the Office and subordinate agencies under Ministries;
Upon a proposal by the Minister of Interior approved by the Council of Ministers;
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE:
Article 1- Appoints Mr. Tran Quoc Hoan as Director of the Office of Public Security, replacing Mr. Le Gian who is assigned to other duties.
Article 2- The Minister of Interior shall implement this Decree-Law accordingly.
