GENERAL INSPECTOR

Pursuant to the Inspection Law on June 15, 2004;

Pursuant to the Complaints and Reports Law of 1998; the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Complaints and Reports Law in 2004 and 2005;

Pursuant to Decree No. 41/2005/NĐ-CP dated March 25, 2005 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Inspection Law;

Pursuant to Decree No. 136/2006/NĐ-CP dated November 14, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of the Complaints and Reports Law and the Laws Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Complaints and Reports Law;

Pursuant to Decree No. 65/2008/NĐ-CP dated May 20, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Government Inspectorate;

At the request of the Director of the Legal Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. Attached hereto is the "Model Documents for Inspection Activities and Handling Complaints and Reports."

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. This Decision replaces Decision No. 1277/QĐ-TTNN dated October 24, 1998 of the State Inspector General.

Article 3. The Minister, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, agencies under the Government, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees, municipal People's Committees directly under the Central Government, Heads of state agencies related thereto; Inspectors at all levels and sectors; Heads of Departments, Bureaus, and units under the Government Inspectorate are responsible for implementing this Decision.
